Our player pathway encompasses support and additional coaching for Boys and Girls from U11’s-U18’s. Our Pathway objectives are listed below;

Pathway Objectives

• Identify and help young cricketers develop to fulfil their potential along a clear pathway
• Plan and develop a programme of assessment, selection, coaching and match play
• Create a challenging but enjoyable environment which allows players to maximize their potential
• Develop and enhance players technical, tactical, physical and mental skills
• Drive respect for the spirit of cricket, its values, our colleagues, opposition and facilities
• Breakdown perceived barriers to ensure our programmes are accessible
• Ensure players from non traditional cricketing environments and programmes have the opportunity to access the player pathway
• Encourage players to be a driving force within their schools and clubs
