Cricket Shropshire is a registered charity supporting recreational cricket across the county. We work with everyone involved in the game, from beginners and experienced players to those aspiring to represent their country. We also support club officials, parents looking for holiday activities, and schools introducing children to cricket.

Our aim is simple: to get more people playing cricket and enjoying an active lifestyle.

Pathway success:

Our Pathway Programme has seen players including, Eve Jones, Mitchell Stanley, Dillon Pennington, Ed Barnard, Jack Shantry and Joe Clarke go on to play professionally.

Pioneers of disability cricket:

We were one of the first counties to embrace disability cricket, as far back as the 1980s.

National recognition:

We are recognised at a national level, sitting on ECB advisory groups. Our team members have achieved national recognition for their contribution to the sport.
