Coach Development videos available
Cricket Shropshire has produced a series of Coach Development videos which are now available for clubs across the county.
The videos cover a range of topics separated into four categories – batting, bowling, wicket-keeping and fielding.
Pathway and Coaching Manager Ed Ashlin said: “These videos which have been put together as an additional resource for qualified coaches to aid player development within Shropshire.
“The videos have been designed to enhance each coach’s skills and knowledge relating to key skill areas.
“The videos are based on Cricket Shropshire’s Talent Development Framework which in essence provides a template for the outcomes we are looking for in young cricketers across the different skill disciplines – batting, bowling, fielding and wicket-keeping.”
The videos are now available on the Board’s website and include an introduction and a link to each section focusing on the skills.
