EDI work with clubs continues apace
Cricket Shropshire has delivered 15 EDI Club Workshops across the county this Spring.
These Workshops are focused on supporting club development with an EDI lens and involve club-specific conversations.
EDI Officer Sacha Lee said she was told by one club Chair: “The session was characterised by substantial two-way feedback, allowing for meaningful discussions and exchanges of ideas.
“The topics covered were thoughtfully tailored to our club’s specific needs and current cultural context, making the session highly relevant and impactful.”
Sacha added: “We look forward to continuing our support throughout the season.”
