Women & Girls Hardball cricket taster sessions
We’re staging Hardball Cricket Taster Sessions for Women and Girls later this month.
The sessions are ideal for those who are looking to move up from Softball cricket and get involved in the Hardball game this Summer.
Cricket Shropshire’s Women & Girls Officer Naomi Payne said: “The sessions will be focussed on hardball cricket, covering fielding, bowling, use of bowling machines, net practice and safety.”
There will be separate sessions for girls and women on Wednesday, February 18, at Shrewsbury School’s Indoor Cricket Centre.
The girls’ session will run from 6-7.30pm, with the Women’s session from 7.30-9pm. The cost is £10 per person.
