Booking Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms:

• Full payment must be received before the event.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the event will result in 100% of the total fee being payable.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the event will be eligible for 50% refund.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a full refund minus £5 admin charge.
