Cricket Shropshire invests in staff wellbeing
At Shropshire Cricket Board, we recognise that our people are at the heart of everything we do. Supporting cricket across the county takes dedication, energy and care, and we believe that same care should extend to our staff.
We are pleased to announce that we have signed a two-year agreement with Trust in Me Counselling Services, led by Stephanie Smith.
This partnership provides confidential counselling support for our staff, available to access when they feel the time is right for them.
Wellbeing is not something we view as optional. As an organisation, we understand the importance of creating a supportive environment where staff feel valued, heard and able to prioritise their mental health.
By offering access to professional counselling services, we are reinforcing our commitment to safeguarding not only our participants, but also those who work tirelessly behind the scenes.

It is important to us as a Board that we provide meaningful support in return.
