To support coaches in enhancing their knowledge and experience, and ultimately support their coaching at club, we want to offer further coaching opportunities as well as further support through CPD sessions and masterclasses.

Cricket Shropshire Pathway Coaching

Our pathway structure means there are opportunities for club coaches to observe and support the delivery of Winter Programme activity. These sessions are broken down into different types of drills to work on the specific skills and techniques needed in cricket. They also integrate some game play to work on and solidify the social skills needed to work as part of a team.
