Coach Development Videos

Welcome to our series of Coach Development videos which have been put together as an additional resource for qualified coaches to aid player development within Shropshire. The videos have been designed to enhance coach’s skills and knowledge relating to key skill areas. 

The videos are based on Cricket Shropshire’s Talent Development Framework which in essence provides a template for the outcomes we are looking for in young cricketers across the different skill disciplines- Batting, Bowling, Fielding and Wicket Keeping.
