Girls’ UV Softball Festival for half-term
Cricket Shropshire is running a Girls Under 12 UV Softball Festival at Sundorne Games Hall in Shrewsbury during the February half-term.
The festival will take place on Friday, February 20 from 1-4pm and will cost £40 per team.
Cricket Shropshire Women & Girls’ Officer Naomi Payne said: “Our UV events have always been popular, and we are looking forward to hosting the latest edition at Sundorne Games Hall next week.
“We only have capacity for six teams so please get your entry in quickly to avoid disappointment.
“The structure will look slightly different, but the heart and soul of the afternoon centre around fun, vibrant and friendly cricket!
“When entering and selecting your team, please be aware – County pathway players in the ‘Phoenix’ group and all age groups above are NOT allowed to take part in this event. The aim is to target developing girls’ cricket.”
